ADHD Relationship Bootcamp: Growth Mindset
Want to learn how to communicate effectively with your partner?
This online course is for The Tale of Two Brains™ (ADHD and non-ADHD couples) who are wanting skills to start communicating effectively. These two brains can be AMAZING together once they know how to communicate with each other. This is because they complement each other well. However, society hasn’t done the best job at knowing how to communicate with an ADHD brain and has tended to use criticism or shame instead (like careless, lazy, thoughtless). This can turn an incredible relationship into perpetual conflict when they keep fighting over the small stuff.
This course is based off the in-person ADHD Relationship Bootcamp and complements Anita's book ADHD & Us: A Couple's Guide to Loving and Living with Adult ADHD. In this course courses you will learn directly from the book author how to integrate the five relationship pillars in your relationship.
The Non-ADHD Brain vs ADHD Brain
ADHD brains are incredible, helpful brains for humanity. However, it can take a toll on relationships (spouses, children, friends or parents) when people do not understand how to effectively work with two types of brains. These courses help ADHDers and their loved ones learn the tools they need to make their brains and relationships thrive.

"If I had this book three years ago, my husband and I would have saved over $5000 in marriage family therapy. No lie! My husband has ADHD and ADD, and just by going through this book it spells it ALL out for each partner the tips and tricks."
"This book was recommended by a friend who is neuro-spicy. It's been very helpful for me to read (a NT), giving perspectives from both the diverse and non neuro-diverse sides. There was things I was aware of, but reading the perspectives and having it laid out for me, made things click and fall into place. This is something that isn't just for couples; this will help with the other relationships with my friends and family members who have ADHD. I highly recommend this book!"
"My Husband and I finished this book just recently! And it really helped us!!! I mean for real! He understands a lot more about my illness now and is more sensitive to what I am going through. I just now was diagnosed a few months ago so I understand what a neurodiversed brain goes through but he still needs to learn. And I learned more about myself as well. But I'm way more organized than this book says thank God! Lol"
