Recommendations
This section will have a lot of tools for you to practice. In order to figure out if any of these tools will work for you, you must PRACTICE them multiple times. These are ADHD friendly tools so it will feel uncomfortable at first. The goal is to feel comfortable with the skill and then decide if it is helpful or not. I recommend learning 2 tools at a time, practicing them for at least 2 days before going to the next lecture.
